The Hareline McFly Foam is strong, soft and stretchy and is the perfect material to use for tying egg patterns for trout and salmon flies.
This Mcfly foam has a very soft and spongy texture and is designed to imitate the texture of a real fish egg. This foam yarn is incredibly easy to cut and very fast and simple to tie with.
You can tie, cut and trim for egg patterns and sculpted patterns like sculpins and woolheads flies. You can also use this material for tying strike indicators as well.
The Hareline McFly Foam is dyed using colour fast dyes preventing it from fading and is available in a wide range of bright, vibrant colours. Each pack contains a large, plentiful handful of McFly Foam for multiple fly tying uses.
